Untangle Moves up 14 Spots from 2014 Ranking – Company Offers Transparently-Priced Security Solutions
SAN JOSE, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2015) – Untangle, Inc., a security software and appliance company, was ranked #13 among the fastest growing privately held companies in the Bay Area by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in their 2015 Fast Private list. The company also appeared on the 2014 Fast Private List at #27.

To be eligible for the list, companies must meet these criteria: privately held for all three years covered by the award period, 2012 to 2014; headquartered in the Silicon Valley; a privately held corporation, proprietorship or partnership through the end of the most recent fiscal year. They must have had: at least a three-year sales history with an increase in revenue in fiscal 2012 over 2014; at least $500,000 in sales in 2012 and have been in business for that entire year.
