CRN Names Untangle Sales Director to Women of the Channel List

Kathryn Bensten Recognized for Managing Untangle Partner Program, 1000 Resellers Strong


SAN JOSE, Calif. (Jun. 1, 2015)Untangle, Inc., a network software and appliance company, announced today its Director of Sales, Kathryn Bensten, has been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel. The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward.

Bensten develops the company’s nearly 1000 global channel partnerships that sell Untangle’s NG Firewall and IC Control products. She joined the firm after graduating from Old Dominion University in 2008 and has held various roles within the sales organization. She now manages direct and channel sales for the Gateway Products business unit.
