forums who can help answer questions anytime; we also provide a great deal of documentation on our
wiki.
Untangle is dedicated to responding rapidly to customer needs - customers can contact Untangle's U.S. based technical support team via phone or email. Our Technical Services Engineers have plenty of hands-on skills with small-to-medium business networks and are capable of resolving most support issues during the first call. In those rare incidents where additional expertise is needed, Untangle’s software engineers can be called in to assist. With Live Support, Untangle has you covered.
Untangle Support customers also get access to our Configuration Backup application, which saves a nightly backup of your Untangle server's configuration for easy restoration in the event of a disaster.
Note: Configuration Backup does not backup reporting data or any non-Untangle servers or workstations.
