Live expert technical support is available as a commercial subscription to Untangle for organizations with mission-critical IT networks.  Customers can contact Untangle's U.S. based technical support team via phone or email.  Untangle is dedicated to responding rapidly to customer needs.  Untangle’s Technical Services Engineers have plenty of hands-on skills with small-to-medium business networks and are capable of resolving most support issues within the first call. In those rare incidents where additional expertise is needed, Untangle’s software engineers can be called in to assist. With Untangle Support, Untangle has you covered 

Live Support customers also get access to the Configuration Backup application, which saves a nightly backup of the Untangle server's configuration for easy restoration in the event of a disaster.  Configuration Backups are then available to you through your Untangle Store account.

Note:  Configuration Backup does not backup reporting data or any non-Untangle servers or workstations.
